Cooking class NOVEMBER ?th 2017

Cours-de-cuisine-duffauOn April 5th, Christophe Dufau will, once again, open his kitchen to welcome all those interested in discovering the unique environment and inspired cuisine of a Michelin–Star Chef.

Over the course of a morning, you will learn a few of the essential secrets of French and Provençal gastronomy, in a relaxed and impassioned atmosphere.

Based on seasonal products and market finds of the day, Christophe Dufau has dreamed up an appetizer, a main course and a dessert like a menu that you will prepare with his guidance then sit down to enjoy together with paired wines.

Cours de cuisine par christophe Duffau chef étoiléCooking workshops will be taking place twice a month, on Wednesdays, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at Les Bacchanales in Vence.

Number of participants: 6 to 12

Cost 150€ per apprentice cook, lunch included.
