Over the course of a morning, you will learn a few of the essential secrets of French and Provençal gastronomy, in a relaxed and impassioned atmosphere.
Based on seasonal products and market finds of the day, Christophe Dufau has dreamed up an appetizer, a main course and a dessert like a menu that you will prepare with his guidance then sit down to enjoy together with paired wines.
Cooking workshops will be taking place twice a month, on Wednesdays, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at Les Bacchanales in Vence.
Number of participants: 6 to 12
Cost 150€ per apprentice cook, lunch included.
