Constantly seeking perfection and authenticity, he has found winemakers who share the same values and vision. He has carefully selected some local producers who embrace organic and Demeter cultivation. From all this, a rare and versatile selection of wines is available for you to enjoy, discover and excite your culinary curiosity.
