A cuisine for everyone, regional and environmentally friendly.

To those of you who would like to enjoy the sumptuous setting of my house, its art, its gardens, its animals, its proximity to the Matisse Chapel, its bucolic and friendly atmosphere…

To those of you who want to discover for the first time or rediscover Provencal cuisine, delicious, sunlit and cooked with carefully selected local products…

To those of you who enjoy good cuisine but don’t think it necessarily needs to be associated with extravagant prices…

… I open Les Bacchanales, its gardens, its atmosphere, my culinary art, to all of you.

I invite you to experience this new idea as soon as the current situation allows it and the quarantine is over.

The restaurant Les Bacchanales offers a cuisine from the south of Provençal territory, where the taste is at the centre of everything. Presenting the menu on a black board allows the chef to explore all of his creativity and diversity of our “Cuisine du Soleil”. Nothing is set in stone. 

We present a set lunch menu for 28 euros. “A la carte”, our prices are as stated: from 12 to 20€ for the starters. From 24 to 36€ for the main dishes. Finally, the desserts will be found between 9 and 12€.

The return from the Imperia fish auction will always bring back its beautiful surprises.

We are looking forward to presenting you these products thanks to those who tell you great stories every day at the table. On the one hand for traceability, but above all, to shine a light on the investment of talented local producers.
